The Narrative Management System (NMS) is a web based system that can be accessed online by both viewer and experts. The system is basically an extension of expert interview system which knowledge sharing is shared by storytelling. Storytelling is an ancient and traditional way of passing on complex and multidimensional information and ideas through narrative. The web based system contains expert interviews, knowledge sharing videos and lessons learnt artifacts. The stories told by experts on the interviews are mainly about their experience on the job or new methods and techniques that they have used in solving a problem.
How to search your video?
There is a search button function on the top right of the sidebar where you can simply insert the keywords of the videos you needed. Or, browse all the videos under tags provided below the search button.
